or letter which may be mailed or faxed to us, or by e-mail. For a mail or fax
order, we recommend you
use our pro forma order form, which you can print after clicking on Order
Form. THIS IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC ORDER FORM but is
designed to be printed, then filled in and mailed or faxed.
Please note that we do not accept telephone orders.
You can help us by completing all the required information, to ensure your order is promptly filled, viz:
- the price list number (at the top of each list)
- the title of the list
- the date of your order
- the items you require and the prices from our lists
- your name and address, e-mail address and phone number
- if paying by credit card, the credit card number, expiry date, amount, and your signature [Minimum purchase $30]
- allowances for postage, packing and insurance
- your message, if applicable.
Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, especially with the first order. (Long-time customers
know we are adept at deciphering a few squiggles on a page, but this is not possible for new customers.)
